Cactus Blossom Financial LLC — "ClientFlow"

1. Acceptance

These Terms govern use of ClientFlow, an internal data-integration tool owned and operated by Cactus Blossom Financial LLC ("Cactus Blossom"). ClientFlow is used solely by authorized Cactus Blossom personnel to provide bookkeeping and accounting services to our clients. By using ClientFlow, the user agrees to these Terms.

2. Purpose and Scope

ClientFlow connects to authorized third-party services — including Intuit QuickBooks Online, DoubleHQ, and GoHighLevel — to retrieve and consolidate client financial and business records for internal bookkeeping use. It is not offered to, licensed to, or made available to the public or to end consumers.

3. Authorized Use

Use of ClientFlow is limited to:

- Authorized employees and contractors of Cactus Blossom, and

- Access to client accounts for which the client has granted Cactus Blossom authorization in its capacity as the client's bookkeeper.

Users must not access data they are not authorized to handle, share credentials, or use the tool for any purpose other than delivering Cactus Blossom's services.

4. Data Handling

All data accessed through ClientFlow is handled in accordance with the Cactus Blossom Privacy Policy. Cactus Blossom takes commercially reasonable measures to protect this data, including encryption at rest and restricted internal access.

5. Third-Party Services

ClientFlow's access to third-party platforms is subject to those providers' terms and developer agreements, including Intuit's. Cactus Blossom does not control those services and is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or changes to their APIs.

6. Intellectual Property

ClientFlow and its underlying configuration are the property of Cactus Blossom Financial LLC. No license to copy, distribute, or create derivative works is granted to any third party.

7. No Warranty

ClientFlow is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Cactus Blossom does not warrant that the tool will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cactus Blossom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of ClientFlow.

9. Changes

Cactus Blossom may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
